November 13, 2024 – Winners will be announced during the Awards ceremony at the Customer Centricity Summit in Riyadh and on MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East website.

The nominations are open only for organizations based or having presence in the Middle East region.
Employees or agents of Vibe Media Group , including the Publisher’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is not available to those residing in jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited.
Brand Visibility– Tell your organization’s story to the world; highlight the success of teams within your organization—or partners who’ve helped with your success.
Recognition – As part of this community, there is year-round recognition of your organization’s achievements. Executives will be considered for speaking opportunities at events and exclusive invitations to influencer-only parties and networking.
Credibility – The winning organizations will be featured on MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East.
Advocate EX – Publicly recognizing the team that makes your organization a success helps attract and retain top talent.

You are allowed to submit multiple nominations for the same organization highlighting different successes.

MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East’s editorial staff will evaluate all the entries. Applications will be judged on relevancy, ingenuity, and current and potential cultural and business impact. It will not be shared with third parties.
Our editors may select a different category for winning entries. Categories are subject to change at the editors’ discretion.

Can I cancel my nomination and receive a refund?
All sales are final and refunds are unavailable, but you can receive an application credit if canceled before the final deadline.
If you need to amend your application, just contact us by replying to your confirmation email
What will be regarded as unacceptable?
Entries containing pornographic material, promoting “hate” messages, making defamatory statements, or being otherwise extraordinarily offensive are not eligible.
Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the Competition without notification. In such an event, the entry would not be refunded.
Entries delivered in person, by mail, fax, or other means will not be accepted.
