What are the important dates to remember?
October 15, 2024 – Final Deadline to submit or edit application
Last week of October 2024 – The winning applicants will be notified via email as one of the winners for the CX Awards.
November 13, 2024 – Winners will be announced during the Awards ceremony at the Customer Centricity Summit in Riyadh and on MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East website.
How can I apply?
Fill this application. We request that entries be submitted in English.
Am I eligible to apply?
The nominations are open only for organizations based or having presence in the Middle East region.
Employees or agents of Vibe Media Group , including the Publisher’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is not available to those residing in jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited.
Why should I apply?
Brand Visibility– Tell your organization’s story to the world; highlight the success of teams within your organization—or partners who’ve helped with your success.
Recognition – As part of this community, there is year-round recognition of your organization’s achievements. Executives will be considered for speaking opportunities at events and exclusive invitations to influencer-only parties and networking.
Credibility – The winning organizations will be featured on MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East.
Advocate EX – Publicly recognizing the team that makes your organization a success helps attract and retain top talent.

How many times can I apply?
You are allowed to submit multiple nominations for the same organization highlighting different successes.
Can I submit or pay now but edit later?
- Log in to your application and input placeholder copy (e.g., “XX”) in each question.
- On the last page of the application, you’ll see a checkbox labeled “finalize entry.” Make sure not to check that box.
- Then submit payment as normal and you’ll be able to log back in to keep working on your application as often as you’d like until the final extended deadline of October 15, 2024.
Once you have paid for your application, please follow the below steps to make any edits:
- The application you previously paid for can be found in the “complete” section of your profile on the left side of the screen or by logging into your completed application here.
- Under “Action,” click “Edit” and make as many changes as you would like until the final extended deadline on September 14, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. GST. Please remember to click save upon making any adjustments.

How are the winners selected?
MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East’s editorial staff will evaluate all the entries. Applications will be judged on relevancy, ingenuity, and current and potential cultural and business impact. It will not be shared with third parties.
Our editors may select a different category for winning entries. Categories are subject to change at the editors’ discretion.
The winning applicants will be notified via email as one of the winners for the CX Awards.
Can I cancel my nomination and receive a refund?
All sales are final and refunds are unavailable, but you can receive an application credit if canceled before the final deadline.

What will be regarded as unacceptable?
Entries containing pornographic material, promoting “hate” messages, making defamatory statements, or being otherwise extraordinarily offensive are not eligible.
Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the Competition without notification. In such an event, the entry would not be refunded.
Entries delivered in person, by mail, fax, or other means will not be accepted.

Entry into the CX Awards by or on behalf of a company (“Company”) constitutes the Company’s full and unconditional agreement to accept and be bound by the following Official Rules:
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- By submitting the Entry Form, the company represents and warrants that the person identified as Primary Contact has the authority to submit the Entry and that all information submitted supports the Entry.
- Company acknowledges that by submitting the Entry, it grants VP the right to exhibit, publish, and promote in any and all media all information submitted by Company in connection with the Entry.
- The company acknowledges that the information provided in the Entry is subject to MIT Sloan Management Review Middle East’s privacy policy. Further, the Company consents to having all such information shared with, and to receive information directly from, VP sponsors and authorized partners.
